Online TOPS Registration Is Open

        You can pay by credit card online or pay by check via regular mail. 

        If you are 18 or older you must use paper form. To access the paper registration form. You can find the form at:  Paper Registration Form. This form must be sent via regular mail along with check and photocopy of birth certificate if applicable.  Forms are also available at the following stores:  Soccer Center, KISS and Soccer Premier.

Refund Information:  LYSA has a strict no refund policy.  However in a few special instances we will give a refund to participants.  We will automatically deduct an administrative charge of $15 to cover our costs.
