Please email your Financial Assistance form to both email addresses: registrar@lysa.org & grassrootsdirector @lysa.org If approved, you will receive a code via email to use when registering your player(s).

The Diego Garcia Uniform Scholarship form should be emailed to president@lysa.org. If approved. you will receive correspondence on how to utilize the scholarship fund prior to the season.
