All leagues play full-sided, 11v11, 90-minute games.
Seasons can vary from eight to 10 games. Depending on the leauge size, teams will alternate opponents round-robin style and accumulate points for wins and ties. At the end of the season, teams will play a final standings game depending on their ranking in the table.
