We, at LYSA TOPSoccer, are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can make a difference in the lives of our athletes. We need coaches, assistant coaches, buddies, and administrative support staff.

Although experience playing or coaching soccer and working with persons with disabilities is helpful for volunteering with TOPS, it is not required. Training is provided.

Current Openings:

• Family & Volunteer Coordinator: Recruits and schedules volunteers, oversees check-in, and supports family & staff at sessions. Applicant must be at least 21 years old and available for all sessions, or most sessions with director approval.
• Head Coach: Leads practice sessions & oversees volunteers assigned to team. Applicant must be at least 19 years old and available for all sessions, or most sessions with director approval.
• Assistant Coach: Helps manage practice sessions. Applicant must be at least 16 years old and available for all sessions, or most sessions with director approval.
• Lead Buddy: Provides support to players and guidance to buddies. Applicant must be at least 16 years old and available for all sessions, or most sessions with director approval.
• Buddy: Assists players on the field. Applicant must be at least 12 years old and available for one or more sessions. Prefer full-time buddies, but also need part-time buddies & subs. Director may approve younger buddies on a case-by-case basis.
• Check-In Staff: Helps with player & volunteer check-in. Applicant must be at least 16 years old and available for one or more sessions.
